I provide a range of nutrition-related services, including:

Food intolerance testing, nutrition consultancy, courses, presentations and workshops about health and nutrition. These are all tailored to your specific requirements.

I offer an easy, painless food intolerance test that can pin-point potential foods that may be causing you a problem. This test costs £45 and takes about an hour to do. It includes a free vitamin and mineral deficiency test.

My service is unique in that as a Nutritional Therapist I look at your specific requirements taking into consideration your health needs. I can then advise you as an individual on how best to use foods to start making a positive improvement to your own health. More information can be found on my allergy testing page.

I am a registered trainer for the CIEH Nutrition level 2 course . This course is suitable for anyone working in the catering industry or who wants a basic introduction to nutrition and healthy eating. This is a one day course costing £55.

A one-one Nutritional Therapy consultation is £35 which includes a free report of my findings. You will need to allow an hour and a half for this consultation. I usually ask clients to attend a follow up session which is £25, to ensure the programme is working for you, assess progress and make any necessary programme changes.
