Ingredients
- 1 or 2 ripe avocado's
- half a lemon squeezed
- half a lime squeezed
- 1 red pepper finely chopped
- 1 tblsp of apple cider vinegar
Method
Mash the avocado's in a bowl. Mix all ingredients together until well blended and your dip is ready.
Avocado's are good sources of essential fats (omega 6), protein, vitamin B6 and other B vitamins, vitamin E, iron and copper and provide three times as much potassium than bananas. |
